✦ PAYMENT
First of all, there is something I want to clarify about payment. Currently, I have to use my work partner's paypal. Paypal stopped working with my country a while ago, so there may be a little pause or gap after payment where I check up with him on whether I have received the cash. So please send me your PAYPAL EMAIL or PAYPAL NAME to confirm your payment.
And don't worry about starting your commission. Payments are checked at the end of the month, so I will start your commission at the beginning of the next month. If you want after make your payment, you can send me the payment screenshot. In this way, I can confirm your payment faster. This may help me jumpstart your commission.

Base price = personal use only
Commercial use = expect to pay 2x the base price of the commission type
✦ DELIVERY & PROCESS
The customer will receive a transparent PNG version.
You will be able to receive your commission file under the "Commission Finished" message that I will send you via this [email protected] e-mail.
The time for a commission to be completed can be varied; I can finish it in the same day, a week, or up to 3—5+ months. I kindly ask you to be patient and understanding on this matter. I keep all my progress updated on Trello. General factors influencing the my commission speed can include:
- My Cats (I have 5 cats that I am responsible for taking care of, and 2 of them are senior, so our vet visits are very busy. Their health problems may come one after another.)
- Health (physical / mental)
- Family issues
- Technical issues
✦ REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS
I cannot be very gentle about this issue. Because Paypal is not mine, unfortunately I cannot accept any refunds
Refunds will not be given for completed commissions.
I NEVER accept chargebacks. Please contact me before this issue. We can resolve the issue by agreeing among ourselves.
The commissioner has no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
